In response to the evolving landscape of healthcare, we are proud to offer Telehealth Services to our valued clients. While we understand the convenience and accessibility that telehealth provides, it's important to note that in the State of Tennessee, a valid Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) can only be established through an in-person visit. To have a valid VCPR in TN we must have examined your pet in person before we can legally make a diagnosis and discuss treatment. USDA Certified to Issue Health Certificates
A USDA Veterinary Inspection Certificate, also known as a Health Certificate, is required for international pet travel. It certifies your pet's fitness for travel and is mandated by many countries. It must be issued by a licensed vet and endorsed by the USDA. To get one, your pet must pass a vet examination, including vaccination checks. The certificate must be signed within 10 days of departure, accompanied by vaccination proof, and a rabies certificate given at least 30 days prior. Countries have varying requirements, so consult their embassy/consulate for detailed import requirements.
Surgery not available
Due to an unforeseen mechanical issue with our mobile veterinary unit, we will be temporarily operating from our SUV. Unfortunately, during this period, surgical services will not be available.
